Summer Glam


This morning when I opened my closet, I couldn't pick anything to wear which drove me nuts. This tends to be a recurring problem, maybe it is just my excuse to shop for more clothes. I finally picked out this beige, lace dress that I bought from Zara last year which was accidentally shrank by my lovely hubby while he was doing the laundry. I am still kind of upset talking about this since I really like the dress and I only wore it once. On the bright side, although I cannot wear this dress as a dress anymore, but I could wear it as a top. 




I am really happy about this outfit I put together today despite the fact that I am feeling uninspired and all.

    aw that's ok - it looks great as a top. lesson learned i guess - keep the hubbies away from your laundry!

    on a serious note, this outfit is definitely ballet or opera night ready!

    SFU makes a great backdrop! I always see blogs with posts centered around the AQ Gardens but using the new Health Sciences wing is fantastic. The orange really pops.

    Love the first picture and the awesome background! ugh i hate when hubby do laundry too..he put everything in the dryer without thinking about it shinking..at least you can wear it as a top!

    I had a dress that I loved and wore once then took to my tailor for alterations but it got ruined :( so I know how you feel! Well you definitely put new life to the dress and it looks fabulous!
